Today I watched another episode of Catfish,even though the same conventions are used in most of the episodes, I found conventions that were used developed such as the use of titles to highlight that its the 'next morning'

Use of animation to show the location of the 'catfish'

Close up shots are used here to show the expression on the presenter's face

Titles are used here to introduce the different locations visited within the episode

Mid shots are used during interviews so the audience focus on what is being said
